Made laekon (lovely bacon from lovely Danes) and before it got crispy (hot right out of the frying pan) wrapped it around some roasted asparagus. I think it turned out pretty well. It’s a nice brunch side and certainly a bit fancier than either laekon or asparagus on their own!
