Marinated tempeh, mushrooms, onion, red pepper in bbq + water + oil marinade overnight.
Roasted on skewers for 20 minutes, but the tempeh stuck to the tinfoil. Use parchment?
Need to figure out a better way to cut tempeh so it stays on the skewer better.
